Neeta Mitchell – RN

My name is Neeta Mitchell, and I am a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience. Currently, I hold the position of COO at Balanced Health & Wellness and Rutman Medical PLLC. In my role as a nurse, I have been responsible for monitoring patients’ treatment progress, creating care plans, and providing medical assistance during emergencies. My dedication to patient well-being stems from my belief that every life is valuable.

I am happily married to Dr. Matthew Rutman, and together we are raising six children in Long Island, NY. As a mother, I find immense joy in watching my children grow into unique individuals; however, it also comes with its fair share of challenges – which may explain the occasional gray hair! Being an active member of both my home town and work community is important to me. Whether it’s lending a helping hand or giving back through involvement in various activities, I strive to make a positive impact.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and finding moments of quiet solitude for myself. Along with being passionate about patient care and community involvement, I also take pride in launching Balanced Health & Wellness in Wading River, NY. As part of this venture’s leadership team, I oversee various aspects such as patient care management, sales and marketing strategies development while building strong relationships with clients across New York.

Through our office’s integration of medical services with aesthetic treatments at Balanced Health & Wellness , we aim to establish a trusted platform for both healthcare providers and patients alike.
