Let’s talk trigger point injections… I have suffered from headaches (almost daily) for the last 10 years, they typically start from my neck. I have tried everything I can to avoid surgery but I wasn’t getting much relief. I saw someone post about these injections awhile ago and was hesitant. The pain became unbearable, bc of COVID surgery and massage just weren’t an option- so I gave these injections a shot. OMG!! I wish I would have done this sooner! I get my injections once a week, there’s NO out of pocket cost to me and I’m lucky enough to get these injections at home. They don’t tickle, but the pain is quick and the relief is almost immediately. Since I have been getting them regularly, the duration is much longer than it was in the beginning. I have been a client of Rutman trigger point therapy now well over two years. In that time I have found that this has become a treatment that is indispensable for my lower back pain. This is a pain that in the past has been so severe that I have missed work and have. Eric, the practitioner who is on duty at that time, is excellent at putting my mind at ease and takes the time to make sure the injections are delivered with accuracy and with no discomfort. Because he is experienced and because these injections work so well at loosening the tight muscle groups, my pain is alleviated. Trigger Points Injections are amazing. I had a chronic pain in my neck from sleeping wrong. I tried massages, acupuncture and all the over the counter creams. The only thing that worked was the trigger point injection. It was painless and the relief I got was so worth it. The staff was exceptionally professional and caring. I have been receiving Serapin trigger point injections for my neck and lower back pain, through Dr. Rutman’s office.
They help loosen my muscle knots and the traveling pain from my neck has subsided. I am not taking any long term pain medications. I have tried pain management steroid procedures, acupuncture and chiropractic care to try and relieve the severe daily discomfort I was having. Nothing worked for this long a period of time or as continuous as these injections.
It’s convenient to go to my neighborhood wellness office for the injections and I have found all staff to be knowledgeable and caring. It feels good to know I am not putting lots of medications in my body, that could have long term effects. I don’t know how I would be working full time and controlling my pain if not for finding Dr. Rutman.

After my very thorough visit with Dr Rutman, I decided to go forward with a trigger point injection. I have never felt more like myself than I do now! Pain is gone, and I’ve been doing things I haven’t done in so long. I have a little one too, so I feel like he gave me back my physical well being.
On top of my visit with him, I had an amazing one hour massage with James! I went into the office, a tight mangled mess, and left feeling like a limp noodle! Before I left, I made sure to make a follow up with both Dr Rutman and James. Don’t walk to their office…..RUN! I promise you, you will feel like a million bucks!

The massage therapist, James, was amazing. A very knowledgeable and intuitive healer. I felt pain-free and relaxed after leaving. I plan to return for more treatments and acupuncture, which are thankfully covered by my insurance.
